ELKE SCHROEDER   How would you like to feel in your body? Are you stuck? How would you like to age? What would you like to be able to do, but can’t?  Many of us are restricted in some ways and not sure what to do to take care, heal and create resilient bodies for performance or an enhanced quality of life.  Elke Schroeder has been a dancer and performing artist for over twenty years. She is a recognized Fighting Monkey instructor, which is a task-based, longevity-driven practice. Elke offers a practice that is both challenging and accessible to all. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated, with a greater physical capacity and more clarity of a path forward.

ANDREW PARR   What happens if we simulate conditions of our early years of life. Constantly learning new movements, languages and ways to communicate. To develop we need to assess where we are now and create rich learning environments for our evolution.  Andrew coaches athletes and leaders to access parts they always have had, to bring life into the body through movement, breath and creativity. These practices will allow you to access the different parts of you that facilitate learning.

On one hand breathwork is activating and stimulating, and on the other it can allow you to relax and release tension while gently liberating limiting beliefs. The experience of breathwork is one that is ripe with possibility for clarity, creativity and transformation. Jenn is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Coach, and Mindful Movement Expert and will lead you on a journey to find your power through your breath.

Chris is the founder of Muse the brain sensing headband. Chris has a depth in practices including gymnastics, dance, adventure athletics, meditation and engineering. Chris will be leading you through intro to breath holds.
